Dr Thomas Bassler is engaged in IT Management and Service Management for many years now. His major topics are IT Strategy, IT Governance, and Service Level Management. He consults customers from the Aerospace industry, service providers, and IT organisations. Dr Bassler is a shareholder and General Manager of the company. Earlier, he was responsible for the IT operations of several reputable publishing houses.
